  • What is the best way to contact Dr. Johnson or his team?

  • Do you accept insurance?
    No. In order to keep our costs low and to offer the services we want, we are not accepting insurance. Our commitment is to keep our prices affordable and accessible and not accepting insurance allows us to do that.
  • Can Dr. Johnson be my primary care physician?
    The primary goal of working with Dr. Johnson is to give you the tools you need to empower yourself to live vibrantly well. Dr. Johnson is not looking to be your primary care physician that you call if you're under the weather. His goal is to help you relieve disease. After completing your 3-4 month treatment plan, Dr. Johnson is more than happy to do occasional follow up visits and address future issues, but is not there to replace your primary care physician.
  • How can I prepare for my first appointment (Discovery Visit)?
    Your first appointment (Discovery Visit) with Vital Life Medical Care provides you with one full hour of Dr. Johnson's undivided attention where you can discuss your presenting health concerns and needs. Feel free to compile a list of your current supplements and/or medications, as well as any relevant health history that would be helpful during the session.   • Do you offer lab work and imaging on-site?
    We partner with BWell4ever for our lab work. They have an office at Nutrition World, just like us, so it's very convenient. However, if you'd like to have labs done at another facility, we can create an order for you. If we feel that imaging is needed, we will write the order for you and you can go the imaging center of your choice.
  • How long are appointments?
    All of our appointments are for one hour. We never want you to feel rushed.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the appointment. Please be advised that the refund process is subject to a credit card processing fee of 3.5%. Please note, there are no refunds for rescheduled appointments. Thank you!
  • How do I re-schedule my appointment?
    Visit our scheduling page and in the top right corner click "sign in". Your account was automatically created by Square Up when you first booked with Vital Life Medical Care using your cell number. Once logged in, in the top right corner click "my appointments". Follow the prompts, which will guide you to your booked appointment. Here you can re-schedule at a different time and date. If you face any trouble, you can always reach out to us and we will be glad to assist you!
